About Changing Limiting Beliefs with the Rob Kelly Technique
Rob Kelly is a hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, who has been in full time practice for around 20 years. He has developed an amazing form of therapy known as Pure Hypnoanalysis, which is able to completely resolve the unconscious conflicts that drive common symptoms such as fears, phobias, anxieties etc, leaving people symptom free for life.
Whilst successfully treating thousands of people with Pure Hypnoanalysis, Rob began to notice that there were certain types of symptoms that this amazing therapy DIDN'T appear to help. Over the last 10 years Rob has carried out a great deal of research around these symptoms, in order to find the best way of helping people with these problems. The Changing Limiting Beliefs training programme is culmination of all this research.
This short training programme teaches you how to take control of your thoughts, feelings, emotions, doubts and worries. It is able to completely change the way you think and feel about yourself and challenging situations - enabling you to live a happier, more successful and positive life.
It generally takes around 6 hours to complete, although in some cases the programme can be much shorter. The programme was originally devised in order to help people suffering from conditions such as M.E. (myalgic encephalopathy), P.V.F.S. (post viral fatigue syndrome), depression and anorexia. It can, however, also be extremely successful in helping ANBODY with any sort of 'limiting belief systems'.
A 'limiting belief system', is a set of personal beliefs that can have an incredibly negative or damaging effect on your life. Limiting beliefs can cause you to suffer (for example): relationship problems, ill-health, phobias, fears and anxieties, and even mental and physical illnesses. This training programme has already helped to change the limiting beliefs of people with problems such as clinical depression, M.E., post-viral fatigue syndrome, obsessions, phobias and help to stop smoking.
The key to the success of this amazing programme lies in understanding the CAUSES behind negative or limiting beliefs. When you can pinpoint where these beliefs come from, it's quite easy using Rob's unique 'DREAM Technique' to change them into something working FOR YOU, rather than against you. The training programme is entirely different to any other self-help techniques, NLP or CBT available, in that 90% of the success of this technique is in your understanding of your character traits and personality. It is no good teaching you any sort of 'positive thinking' or CBT or NLP techniques unless you understand the component parts of your personality. Otherwise you are never able to really alter the driving forces behind your limiting beliefs.
The Changing Limiting Beliefs training programme will provide you with amazing personal insight, allowing you to totally change any limiting thoughts and beliefs that are adversely affecting your life. People who undergo this training program are referred to as either 'trainees', or 'students', but NOT 'clients', because this is a training programme, and not therapy. It is not about someone else doing something for you or to you but about YOU taking control of your life.
